  1. This is an interesting article. I love the idea (and now the practice) of MOOCs. I do so much Internet research. A MOOC offers me an experience to research with the support of a professor. I think that people who are resisting this idea are glued to the traditional idea of college. Of course, there are going to be a number of people who don’t complete a course that they don’t have to pay for. As people become more independent in updating professional information, I see a huge benefit to joining a MOOC I’m interested in, including the cost benefit of a MOOC. The movement toward MOOC should be motivated by the movement to share information, not a fiscal motivation.
